The Host Society: Attitudes toward Migrants and Concepts of Integration

Timeframe: January 2023 – present

The project is dedicated to attitudes toward migrants and concepts of migrant integration. It examines public images of migrants, attitudes toward them, and various types of reasoning and argumentation that appear in both public and private discourse. The project also explores how Russian residents understand what integration means, who can become part of Russian society, and what they believe is required for that to happen.
